Our delivery
On-demand doctor visits
At Ciba Health, we understand that you can’t always plan your doctor visits, and in some cases, there is an urgent medical need to see a professional immediately.
You can get in touch with a doctor or a health coach the moment you feel the need. Prescriptions, if necessary, are sent directly to the pharmacy of choice.
At-home test kits
If recommended by a doctor, Ciba Health will send you Functional Lab in-home testing kits.
These kits can include general testing as well as specialized testing for things like hormones, food sensitivities, nutrient deficiencies, gut health, and more.
Functional test results will help us identify your body’s unique biochemical patterns and make specific, science-based recommendations.
Artificial intelligence for predictive medicine
Ciba Health utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning to improve the quality of our care. We personalize medical treatments by leveraging analytics for every individual.

Our story
Ciba Health is powered by the idea that men and women can regain their strength, vitality, and passion for life through investing in a 360-degree approach to health and wellness – ultimately seeing a version of themselves living a life full of compassion,
ambition and fulfillment.
How we started
We started in late 2019 after realizing that the conventional healthcare system was broken and leaving patients chronically unfulfilled and unhealthy.
The conception of Ciba Health was fueled by years of frustration; as physicians treating patients with chronic diseases, we witnessed first-hand the pitfalls of the conventional medical model.
Foundation of holistic, patient-centric healthcare
With escalating costs and a decline in the health of patients, it was becoming increasingly clear that the traditional biomedical model had limited usefulness.
A more comprehensive, multidisciplinary, whole-body approach that focuses on the root cause of disease needed to become the new primary care model.
That’s why we decided to build Ciba Health – on a foundation of holistic, patient-centric healthcare.
Company Founder
Dr. Innocent Clement
Dr. Innocent Clement is the former CEO and Co-Founder of Kaia health Inc., a digital therapeutic company. He led the Kaia Health initiatives here in the US, including partnerships, clinical trials, regulatory submissions and expansion across North America. Innocent is a trained physician from both Columbia and Harvard University.
In his role as the CEO at Ciba Health, Innocent plans to harness the core competencies of the team members to ensure effective and fast execution as he designs, implements, and optimizes business operations to support the company’s overarching goals.
